Before you order
Is it real human hair?
Yes. Every wig is 100% human hair. Before shipping we send you photos or a short video of your exact wig, so you can check it yourself.
How long does delivery take?
We prepare your wig in 3–7 business days after payment. Tracked delivery then takes about 12–30 days to Mexico and 15–25 days to Colombia.
Will I pay import duties at the door?
No. Duties and taxes for Mexico and Colombia are included in the price you see. There is nothing more to pay on delivery.
How do I pay?
After you place your order we email you a secure payment link, usually within 24 hours, and you pay on the page of a certified payment provider. Wholesale orders can also pay by bank transfer (T/T). Orders are charged in US dollars.
What if something is wrong with my wig?
Before shipping you see photos or a video of your exact wig. If the wig you receive has a quality problem, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we make it right.
Can I buy wholesale?
Yes. Mix any styles and colors: from 10 pieces your whole cart gets the wholesale price, and from 50 pieces an even lower one. For 100+ pieces we send a custom quote.
